2. The only communications you will receive from ourselves will relate to changes in our database made by you together with a possible regular news Email to be sent no more often than once per week. 3. We have no current intention of storing cookies on your computer and if this policy changes you will be notified well in advance and given the opportunity to withdraw from the organisation

4. The information we store relating to you will consist only of original information supplied by you
